Job summary

Genpact Kraków is seeking a Training Quality & Policy Specialist to shape and govern content across the company's digital channels. You will craft and publish content that aligns with brand voice and business objectives, while building scalable processes for content production.

You will collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure accuracy, measure engagement, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Degree in Commerce, Economics or Finance, or MBA.
• MBA or Masters in Business Analytics is a plus.
• Certifications in compliance are advantageous.
