Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Recruitment Operations Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring processes in a hybrid Poland-based role. You will partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, post openings, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews and offers.

You will also maintain data accuracy and ensure legal compliance, with a focus on efficient, scalable recruitment workflows. Ideal candidates hold multiple business degrees or MBA/Analytics master’s; AWS and IT service desk experience

Qualifications

• Bachelors degrees listed in Commerce/Economics/Finance or MBA/Analytics required.
• Certifications in compliance and HR management are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment process from start to finish with efficiency.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop strategies.
• Post job openings on multiple platforms and manage applications.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
• Assist in offers and onboarding processes for new hires.
• Maintain recruitment data and generate reports.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws throughout the process.
