Job summary

Genpact in Kraków is seeking a Sr. Associate - F&A - R2R to join our finance team, focusing on general accounting operations, reconciliations, and close processes.

You will review day-to-day activities, support month-end close, intercompany accounting, and SOX compliance, while identifying automation opportunities that improve accuracy and speed. Working with Genpact offers exposure to global finance processes, a collaborative culture, and opportunities for growth in AI-driven transformation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance.
• Master's degree in Finance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review day-to-day activities including account reconciliations, journal entries, reports and audits.
• Month-end close activities.
• Fixed assets capitalization and maintenance.
• Intercompany accounting.
• Bank and investment reconciliations.
• General ledger reconciliations.
• Fixed assets reconciliations (FA Clearing & SL-GL).
• Identify balancing items and clearance.
• Corporate reporting and both internal and external audits.
