Job summary

Genpact Poland sp. z o.o. is seeking a Specialist - F&A - R2R to drive month-end close, reporting and intercompany processes in a fast-moving AI-enabled environment.

You will ensure KPIs, prepare financial statements, review journals, and support audits, with emphasis on R2R excellence and customer collaboration, while leveraging leading ERP systems and regulatory know-how.

Qualifications

• Banking, capital markets experience
• Strong client relations and collaboration tools
• Experience with Oracle ERP and SAP ERP
• Proficient in Record To Report (R2R) processes
• German language at advanced (C1) level

Job Description In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to month end closing activities. Reporting & consolidations. Ensure adherence and meeting the KPIs / SLA and review the timely execution of controls Drive the audit deliverables and timely submission of evidence in line with requirements Produce quarterly, annual and audited statutory financial statements Review & Posting of Month End Journal Entries Review & Performing Month End Close activities Prepare & Review of Balance sheet Accounts Reconciliations Handle quarterly intercompany process Resolution of Balancing Items Experienced Accounting Knowledge (With Closing & reporting experience) Build customer relationship, drive confidence, and improve customer happiness and lead all the process update calls with customers whenever required Find opportunities and recommend solutions for process and automation improvements.
