Job summary

Genpact Ltd. in Kraków is seeking a Specialist - HRO - Recruitment Operations to manage end-to-end recruitment processes.

You will partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs, post roles, screen resumes, schedule interviews and coordinate offers, ensuring compliant, data-driven hiring. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Commerce/Economics/Finance or a Master’s in Business Administration/Analytics, and knowledge of AWS/IT Service Desk plus German (Upper-Intermediate).

Qualifications

• Bachelor level degrees in Commerce, Economics, or Finance; Master’s in Business Administration or Business Analytics.
• Experience or familiarity with AWS and IT service desk operations is preferred.
• German language proficiency is required (Upper-Intermediate).
