Genpact is seeking a Sr. Associate - F&A - R2R to join our AI-driven finance organization in Poland.

You will lead day-to-day R2R activities, perform month-end close, and manage fixed assets, intercompany accounting, and banking reconciliations, while ensuring SOX controls are in place and process improvements are identified. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance.
• Master’s degree in Finance beneficial.
• CFA/CPA/CRCM certifications seen as assets.

Responsibilities

• Review team’s day-to-day activities including reconciliations, journal entries, reports and audit requests.
• Perform Month End Close activities.
• Handle Fixed Assets capitalization and maintenance.
• Manage Intercompany Accounting tasks.
• Reconcile Bank and Investments and general ledger items.
• Perform Fixed Assets reconciliations for FA Clearing & SL-GL.
• Identify balancing items and ensure clearance.
• Assist with Corporate Reporting and internal/external audits.
• Support SOX compliance and process improvements.
