Job summary

Genpact Ltd. in Kraków is recruiting for a Senior Associate in the General Accounting / R2R domain. You will review day-to-day activities, manage journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting while ensuring SOX compliance and audit readiness.

The role focuses on end-to-end R2R processes, fixed assets, intercompany accounting, and banking reconciliations within a dynamic, innovation-driven environment in Poland.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in accounting, commerce, economics or finance and professional certifications where applicable.
• Experience with R2R, reconciliations, journal entries and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of CFA/CPA/CRCM enhances eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Handle month-end close activities and general accounting processes.
• Perform fixed assets capitalization and maintenance, intercompany accounting, and reconciliations.
• Support SOX compliance and corporate reporting; assist internal/external audits.

In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to General Accounting domain. Review team’s day to day activities, including but not limited to Account Reconciliations, journal entries, reports, audit requests, analysis, and other requests

• Identifying balancing items and its clearance

• Find opportunities and recommend solutions for process and automation improvements
