Job summary

Eaton Corporation in Poland seeks a Specification Sales Engineer - Low Voltage Power Distribution to build and maintain relationships with design offices, consultants, and end-users in Warsaw or Łódź.

You will identify opportunities, plan territory, qualify leads, and coordinate with sales, engineering and operations to drive specification-based projects. Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit and fluent English and Polish are required.

Qualifications

• Educational background in electrical engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in Commercial & Institutional building projects in electrical design or project management for large C&I projects.
• Knowledge of LV (low voltage) products.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue specification opportunities with design offices, consultants, and end-users.
• Develop territory strategy to engage key specifying entities and project influencers.
• Qualify leads and align with Eaton's value proposition for high-impact opportunities.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with engineers and end-users to influence project direction.
• Coordinate with sales, engineering, and operations to ensure pipeline visibility and timely follow-up.
