You will influence project specifications, engage early in commercial and institutional building projects, and build strong relationships with engineering offices, consultants, and end-users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in relevant field.
• Fluent Polish and English.

Responsibilities

• Identify early-stage specifying entities and engage with engineers, consultants and end-users.
• Qualify leads and manage a territory to maximize specification opportunities.
• Maintain CRM-driven pipeline, quotes, and project documentation.
• Represent Eaton at industry events and build lasting relationships with key entities.
