Job summary

UPM in Wroclaw is hiring a Specialist, Stock Management / Dispatch Planning on a fixed-term basis. You will take overall responsibility for stock management of the Kotka Mussalo pulp terminal in Finland, tracking pulp flows and performing availability checks.

Later you may plan transports to customers and ports in Finland, working with Planning, Customer Service, Logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure high service levels and seamless transportation flows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related field.
• 3+ years of stock management and transport experience in an international setting.
• Proficient in MS Excel; SAP TM or similar TM system; Power BI is a plus.
• Fluent in English; Finnish language skills are an asset.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for stock management of the Kotka Mussalo pulp terminal in Finland, tracking flows and performing availability checks.
• Communicate loading instructions to port operator and coordinate with Planning, Customer Service, Logistics, Dispatch Planning and warehouse teams.
• Plan and execute transports from Finnish pulp mills to customers and ports in Finland with internal teams and service providers.
• Ensure high service levels, seamless transportation flows, and verify transport/warehouse invoices.
• Process transport and stock transfer orders in the SAP Pulp ERP system and contribute to continuous improvement.
