UPM Paper is seeking a Specialist in Stock Management/Dispatch Planning for a fixed-term role at the Wroclaw Business Hub. Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant stock management and transport experience in an international setting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; SAP Transport Management or similar system experience is a plus; Power BI a benefit.
• Customer-oriented mindset with flexibility and initiative; independent, structured work style.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and strong teamwork; fluent in English; Finnish language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for stock management in the Kotka Mussalo pulp terminal in Finland, tracking pulp flows and performing availability checks.
• Plan and execute transports from Finnish mills to customers in Finland and to ports/warehouses in Finland in collaboration with Planning, Logistics and warehouse teams.
• Guarantee high service levels and customer satisfaction; ensure seamless transport flows with contract carriers.
• Process and execute transport and stock transfer orders in SAP; verify transport and warehousing invoices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of warehousing processes.
