UPM in Kraków is seeking a Junior Specialist/Specialist, HR (Finnish) to join the Recruitment team on a fixed-term contract with permanent possibility. You will work in a hybrid model, supporting recruitment activities, applicant inquiries, interviews, and data management in Workday.

Relocation support is offered for Kraków, with a focus on candidate experience in a global HR function. The role requires fluency in Finnish and English, strong communication, and adaptability in a fast-paced

We also support Summer Recruitment project.
