Job summary

UPM, a global renewables leader, invites applications for a Process Controller, Fixed Assets & Leases in our Wrocław hub. You will ensure compliance with accounting controls, advise on complex FA & Leases reporting, and oversee outsourcing partners to maintain high-quality financial data.

You will work with SAP FA/Lease modules, Power BI and Excel to deliver accurate insights, support audits, and drive process improvements in a collaborative, hybrid work setup in Poland.

Qualifications

• Subject matter expert in Fixed Assets & Leases with understanding of end-to-end processes and accounting principles.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, including advanced Excel and Power BI usage.
• Experience with change initiatives and continuous process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality and compliance with internal controls, business rules and reporting requirements in accounting.
• Oversee the outsourcing partner’s performance in Fixed Assets & Leases processes and ensure reporting quality.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of end-to-end FA & Leases processes and tools.
• Support audit topics and regulatory requests as needed.
• Lead or support project initiatives to enhance processes.
