Job summary

Getinge SSC in Kraków is seeking a Customer Service & Order Fulfillment professional to join our shared service center. You will handle orders from receipt to confirmation, respond to price requests and delivery inquiries, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate invoicing and timely shipments.

Qualifications

• Advanced English (C1) required.
• Detail-oriented, accurate and well organized.
• Experience in SSC customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accept, verify, process, confirm and update customer orders.
• Act as contact for customers on inquiries (price requests, lead times, product availability, ship dates, invoicing issues).
• Create third-party purchase requisitions related to specific customer orders.
• Answer incoming calls and emails professionally and promptly.
• Cooperate with internal departments and the business.
• Provide backup coverage & assistance within the department.
• Follow internal controls and company policies; participate in process improvements.

Your responsibilities

• Accepting, verifying, processing, confirming and updating customer orders
• Acting as contact for customers on incoming inquiries e.g. price requests, lead times, product availability, ship dates, tracing orders and invoicing issues
• Creating third-party purchase requisitions related to specific customer orders.
• Answering incoming calls and emails in a professional and prompt manner
• Cooperating with internal departments and the business
• Providing backup coverage & assistance within the department
• Performing other related duties as required or assigned.
• Following internal controls requirements and complies with company’s policies and procedures.
• Participating in processes improvement initiatives

Our requirements

• Advanced level of English(at least C1) required
• Knowledge of SAP will be a strong asset but is not required
