iSoftStone is seeking a Spanish-speaking Business Analyst to support CRM and Field Sales Force initiatives in Warsaw, Poland. You will bridge local business stakeholders with global product and technical teams, translating commercial needs into clear requirements and guiding delivery throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably CRM/Field Sales tech projects.
• Fluent Spanish and English for leading discussions in both languages.
• Experience with cross-functional, distributed teams and stakeholder management.
• Strong requirements gathering, process analysis and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of system integrations, data flows and business processes.

Responsibilities

• Work with Iberian stakeholders to understand needs, processes and priorities.
• Elicit, analyse and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate requirements into user stories and specs for product/technical teams.
• Support CRM and Sales Force Automation implementation and enhancements.
• Coordinate with local and global Product/Development teams.
• Analyse data flows and system integrations across platforms.
• Support user acceptance testing, issue resolution and go-live readiness.
• Facilitate workshops and ensure clear communication between business and tech stakeholders.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to scalable solutions.
• Deliver high-quality outputs within scope and timelines.
