Job summary

iSoftStone is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support rollout, adoption and ongoing operation of a global CRM platform across international markets. This remote Poland six‑month contract offers potential extension and close collaboration with global teams, IT and external vendors.

You will drive requirements gathering, testing, UAT, data validation and post‑go‑live support to ensure adoption and continuous improvement across markets and time zones.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, CRM Analyst or Application Analyst.
• Hands-on involvement in CRM or enterprise application rollouts and support.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Veeva CRM, Salesforce or IQVIA OCE.
• Strong requirements gathering, process analysis and documentation skills.
• Experience coordinating between business users, IT and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Support CRM rollout activities across multiple countries and regions.
• Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements with local markets.
• Translate business needs into clear IT requirements for vendors.
• Support system configuration and local adaptations.
• Coordinate testing, test-case prep, defect tracking and UAT.
• Assist with data migration and validation activities.
• Act as a primary contact for business users during rollout and post-go-live.
• Provide ongoing CRM support and issue coordination.
