Job summary

Celestial Stars Arts Academy seeks a Spanish-speaking Business Analyst to support CRM and Field Sales Force initiatives in Warsaw, Poland. On-site, fixed-term contract.

You will bridge local business stakeholders with global product and technical teams, translating commercial needs into clear requirements and guiding delivery throughout the project lifecycle. Fluent in Spanish and English with strong requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Qualifications

• Proven BA experience in CRM/Field Sales Force projects.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; able to lead business discussions.
• Experience with international, cross-functional teams and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Work with Iberia stakeholders to understand needs and priorities.
• Elicit, analyse and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate requirements into user stories and specifications for product/technical teams.
• Support CRM and Sales Force Automation implementation and enhancements.
• Coordinate with local and global Product, Development and Operations teams.
• Analyse business processes, data flows and system integrations.
• Support UAT, go-live readiness and issue resolution.
• Facilitate workshops and ensure clear communication between stakeholders.
• Identify process improvements and scalable solutions.
• Deliver high-quality outputs within scope and timelines.
