Job summary

iSoftStone seeks an experienced IT Business Analyst to support a global CRM rollout and ongoing operation across international markets. You will collaborate with business and IT teams, vendors and local markets to gather requirements, document specifications and ensure smooth go-live.

The role emphasizes rollout activities, testing, UAT, and post-implementation support, with agile/waterfall delivery approaches and strong stakeholder management in a remote, multi-country environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of BA experience in CRM rollouts and ongoing support.
• Experience with CRM implementations (Salesforce, Veeva, IQVIA OCE).
• Strong requirements gathering and process analysis skills.
• Hands-on rollout, testing, UAT and go-live support.
• Experience providing ongoing user support after deployment.
• Ability to coordinate between business users, IT and vendors.
• Experience in multi-country or global tech environments.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Support CRM rollout activities across multiple countries and regions.
• Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements with local markets.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements for IT and vendors.
• Support system configuration and local market adaptations.
• Coordinate testing, prepare test cases, and track defects (UAT).
• Assist data migration and validation activities when required.
• Act as main contact for business users during and after rollout.
• Provide ongoing CRM support, troubleshooting and issue coordination.
• Work with internal teams and vendors to resolve system issues.
• Support user training and preparation of user documentation.
• Identify process improvements to enhance usability and UX.
• Drive continuous CRM improvements post go-live.
