Infosys is seeking a Payroll Specialist/Subject Matter Expert with Spanish for the Bucharest hybrid site. The role requires 2+ years in global payroll, fluency in Spanish and English, and strong communication with clients, vendors and HR stakeholders.

You will manage input and gross builds, perform validations, ensure compliance with local payroll rules, and generate periodic payroll reports while collaborating with teams across the organization.

Formación

• 2 years of experience in global payroll processing covering the full payroll cycle.
• Graduate in any stream.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (min C1).
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients, vendors and HR stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Input and gross build: collect and load payroll inputs; ensure gross pay is built correctly; handle off-cycle and retro payments; maintain system data.
• Payroll Validation: perform validations, review reports, resolve discrepancies, track corrections to closure.
• Compliance, Reporting and Support: apply local statutory rules, prepare earnings/leave reports, support audits, respond to payroll queries.
