Job summary

Arbex in Krakow, Poland, is seeking a Senior Plant Accounting Specialist to support plant accounting across the EMEA region. You will specialize in SAP costing and work with finance, business, and IT teams to ensure accurate reporting and strong controls.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Plant Finance to support close process across EMEA facilities.
• Provide SAP cost accounting expertise and resolve complex queries.
• Guide IT on SAP configuration aligned with business needs.
• Manage product costing: month-end close, budgeting, inventory valuation.
• Monitor manufacturing costs: materials, labour, overhead, depreciation.
• Prepare and analyze plant performance reports for insights.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure strong controls.
• Contribute to SAP S/4HANA implementation activities.
