Liftero is hiring a Labor Law Specialist to enhance HR administration, advise on compliance, and ensure well-structured processes. You will manage personnel documentation, contracts, HR systems, travel expenses, and payroll workflows, partnering with an external accounting office to deliver accurate payroll data.

We value autonomy, meticulous documentation, and proactive improvement. The role offers on-site or hybrid work with a mandatory presence in Kraków, and a dedicated development budget

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in independent HR administration or core HR role.
• University degree in HR, Law, Administration, or related field.
• Expert knowledge of Polish Labor Law, including current remote work regulations and updates.
• Fluent English (C1 level) for professional communication.
• Highly autonomous, detail-oriented, proactive with strong compliance mindset.

Responsabilités

• Document Management & Contracts: Maintain personnel files and issue/coordinate employment contracts and amendments.
• Employee Helpdesk & Advisory: Serve as the main point of contact for day-to-day labor law, benefits, and HR policies inquiries.
• Systems Administration: Administer HR systems, enter data, and maintain employee databases.
• Travel & Expense Settlement: Coordinate, verify, and settle internal and external business trips.
• Payroll: Collaborate with external accounting for payroll processing and data exchange.
• Time Off & Attendance Tracking: Monitor hours, verify leave requests, and update leave balances.
• OHS & Medical Checks: Manage health referrals, archive medical certificates, track training.
• GDPR Compliance: Oversee data privacy in HR processes and access rights.
• Benefits Management: Administer non-financial benefits and enrollments/cancellations.
