You will own end-to-end recruitment, map global talent markets, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience while aligning hires with our culture of innovation and ownership. This role offers hybrid work with on-site presence in Kraków.

Qualifications

• 2+ years independent end-to-end tech recruiting.
• Sourcing is your superpower with multi-channel techniques.
• Fluent English (C1) and strong written communication.
• Experience recruiting for hardware engineering, embedded systems, aerospace, or defense.
• Ability to pitch a bold company vision to candidates.
• Interest in shaping employer branding and culture initiatives.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment Management: full lifecycle from briefing to pre-onboarding.
• Direct search & market mapping in niche engineering spaces.
• Ensure exemplary candidate experience throughout the process.
• Culture fit & mindset assessment aligned to our values.
• Partner with technical leaders on profiles and funnel metrics.
• Support People & Culture initiatives and employer branding.
