Job description

Space is one of the fastest-growing industries in the world. Thousands of satellites launch every year, and the market behind them is booming — with Poland right in the middle of it, home to a fast-rising space sector.

Liftero is at the heart of this trend. We build propulsion systems for the thousands of spacecraft coming to orbit, with the ambition to become the global leader in satellite propulsion — the transport layer of the space economy. Our goal is clear: deploy 1,000 propulsion systems in space.

Our core product is BOOSTER, a non-toxic chemical propulsion system built from first principles for the NewSpace era. It has already been validated in space.

As a fast-scaling company, we combine agility with long-term ambition to serve the booming small-satellite market. Joining now means a front-row seat to space technology and real ownership over what we build.

Position Overview

We are hiring a Labor Law Specialist to enhance our HR administration and maintain high operational standards across the company.

You will act as a trusted in-house expert, advising our organization on compliance matters and ensuring our practices are well-structured and supportive. Your day-to-day focus will involve managing full personnel documentation, processing contract updates, maintaining HR systems, settling business travel expenses, and partnering on payroll workflows to provide reliable support to all employees.

  • Systems Administration:Administering HR systems, entering data, and maintaining ongoing employee databases.
  • Travel & Expense Settlement:Coordinating, verifying, and settling internal and external business trips.
  • Payroll:Partnering closely with our external accounting office for accurate payroll processing and data exchange.
  • Time Off & Attendance Tracking:Monitoring working hours, verifying leave requests, and keeping current leave balances updated in the system.
  • OHS & Medical Checks:Managing occupational health referrals, archiving medical certificates, and keeping track of mandatory health and safety training.
  • GDPR Compliance:Overseeing data privacy standards in HR processes, ensuring full GDPR compliance across all employee documentation, records, and access rights.
  • Benefits Management:Overseeing the day-to-day administration of non-financial benefits, managing employee enrollments/cancellations.

Working at Liftero is meaningful, fast-paced, and human. If you're having a tough day, say it - we’ll work it out. If you’re in flow and want to build through the night, we trust you to manage your own time.

Building serious space tech takes focus, dedication, and real effort. It can be demanding - but it’s also where you’ll grow, both professionally and personally.

We’ve created a unique company culture that’s shaped by mutual respect and a shared drive to build things that fly. Whether you’re loud and all-in, or more quiet and independent - there’s space for you here.
