Job summary

Redwire Space in Warsaw is seeking a proactive business development professional to drive growth in Europe by identifying opportunities and leading compliant proposals. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline or 5+ years of related experience.
• Experience in bid management, proposal management, business development or related roles.
• Strong understanding of ESA and Polish national space programs and funding mechanisms.
• Excellent writing and editing skills combining technical and commercial inputs.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate multiple contributors and deadlines.
• Fluent Polish and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and develop institutional and commercial opportunities for Redwire Poland.
• Build and maintain a prioritized pipeline with clear actions and follow-up.
• Lead bids and proposals from qualification through submission.
• Coordinate technical, commercial, schedule, legal and contractual inputs for tender responses.
• Write and edit clear, compelling proposal content with a consistent message.
• Develop relationships with customers, primes, industrial partners and research organizations.
• Support handover of successful bids into project execution including scope, commitments, risks and costs.
