Job summary

Cisco in Poland seeks a Solutions Engineer for the Polish mid market to drive pre-sales technical activities and enable the sales team. You will partner with Inside Account Executives to present Cisco solutions, perform technical demonstrations, build BoMs, and run PoCs to help customers achieve their desired outcomes.

The role requires strong interpersonal, presentation, and tech aptitude, with Cisco solutions knowledge across networking, cyber-security, cloud/AI, and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B selling experience.
• Proven track record of achieving quota attainment or YoY growth.
• Fluency in Polish and English; French or German a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as a customer-focused technical sales professional for pre-sales activities.
• Demonstrate Cisco solutions, deliver customer presentations and product demos.
• Create BoMs and run proof of concept activities with the iAE team.
• Educate customers on Cisco differentiation and grow demand.
• Collaborate with partners and align Cisco capabilities to customer drivers.
• Support account planning and maintain trusted advisor relationship.
