Job summary

Promise Group in Poland seeks an experienced Solution Engineer (Infrastructure) to join our team and contribute to architecture, configuration, and presales activities.

You will lead workshops, collaborate with delivery and business teams, and apply expertise in ADDS, Entra ID, Windows Server, Hyper-V, and related Microsoft infrastructure solutions.

Qualifications

• Over 4 years of experience in a similar role with Microsoft infrastructure focus.
• Experience implementing Microsoft infrastructure products and solutions.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team in the role of Solution Engineer (Infrastructure)!

Key Responsibilities:

• Participation in IT projects (architecture, configuration) and analysis and creation of business requirements specifications;
• Participation in presales activities and supporting the delivery of IT projects.
• Lead and facilitate workshops to gather business requirements and align technical solutions with client needs.
• Collaboration with delivery, presales and business team.

Our Requirements:

• Over 4 years of experience in a similar role with expertise in ADDS, Entra ID, Windows Server Roles, AD Infrastructure, Hyper-V, VM management.
• Knowledge of Manage Engine tools like Exchange Reporter, Endpoint Central, Service Desk Plus will be a stron asset.
• Experience in implementing Microsoft products (especially infrastructure solutions).
• Certificates: 70-410, 70-411, 70-412, AZ-800, AZ-801, AZ-140, AZ-104
• Ability to conduct training and webinars
• Strong presales and business communication skills.
• English proficiency (at least B2 level).

Higher education in a technical field.
