Promise Group is seeking a Solution Consultant – Data (PreSales) to engage with customers, understand data challenges, and guide solution direction. You will design high-level data approaches, articulate ROI, and collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Microsoft teams to shape proposals and scope.

The role emphasizes strong communication, workshop facilitation, and translating technical topics into business value for clients across sectors, with a flexible remote/hybrid work model in Poland.

Qualifications

• Experience in PreSales, Solution Consulting, or Data/IT Consulting.
• Understanding of data platforms at a high level (Azure, Databricks, Snowflake).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience working with customers (workshops, discovery, discussions).
• Ability to connect technical topics with business outcomes.
