ERGO Technology & Services S.A. (ET&S) in Poland seeks an IT Solution Architect for Process Intelligence to design, implement, and govern end-to-end architecture and security for the Process Intelligence landscape.

• University degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Multiple years of experience as a Solution Architect or Software Architect.
• Expertise in cloud technologies, web development, mainframe, client-server/.NET and integration architecture.
• Experience in global environments with compliance, security and audit requirements.
• Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java or C++ and SQL databases.
• Experience with process mining solutions such as Celonis or BI dashboard development.
• Proactive, self-driven approach to solving problems and delivering results.
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional and virtual teams and influence stakeholders.
• Strong communication, consulting and customer-focused skills to align architecture with business needs.

Responsabilidades

• Design and maintain the overall solution architecture for the Process Intelligence platform, including interfaces to source systems and downstream consumers.
• Create integrated solution architectures across in-house apps and third-party components.
• Develop architectures balancing functional, service quality and systems management needs, reusing patterns and standards.
• Translate business demands into solution architectures and advise stakeholders during requirements.
• Analyze and design domain and application architectures per enterprise guidelines.
• Establish architecture governance, standards and best practices with security in mind.
• Define security concepts and platform policies with IT Risk stakeholders.
• Guide design and development of integrated solutions across projects and initiatives.
• Contribute to Celonis implementations including data transformation and dashboards.
• Collaborate with IT security, infrastructure, data engineering and architecture teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

About the role

As an IT Solution Architect for Process Intelligence, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and governing the end-to-end architecture and security concept of the Process Intelligence landscape. You will define secure, scalable and compliant solutions in Celonis, covering data integration, access management and technical standards, while ensuring alignment with the platform vision, roadmap and enterprise architecture guidelines. You will act as the central link between IT security, infrastructure, data engineers and business stakeholders to enable secure, reliable and scalable process mining solutions.

• creating integrated solution architectures across in-house applications and third-party software components
• developing architectures that balance functional, service quality and systems management requirements while reusing existing patterns and standards
• translating business demands into solution architectures and consulting stakeholders during requirements development
• analyzing and designing domain and application architectures aligned with enterprise architecture guidelines
• establishing architecture governance, standards, guidelines and best practices while ensuring compliance with security requirements
• defining security concepts and platform policies together with IT Risk stakeholders
• enabling and guiding the design and development of integrated solutions across projects and initiatives
• contributing to technical implementations in Celonis, including data transformation and dashboard application development
• collaborating with IT security, infrastructure, data engineering, business stakeholders and architecture teams to deliver end-to-end solutions

Skills and experience you will need

• fluency in written and spoken English
• a university degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Mathematics, Engineering or a related field
• several years of experience as a Solution Architect or Software Architect
• expertise in cloud technologies, web development, mainframe, client-server/.NET and integration architecture
• experience in working within complex global environments with compliance, security and audit requirements
• strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java or C++ and database technologies including SQL
• experience with process mining solutions such as Celonis or dashboard and analytics development with BI tools
• a proactive and self-driven approach to solving problems and delivering results
• ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional and virtual teams while influencing stakeholders
• strong communication, consulting and customer-focused skills to align architecture decisions with business needs
