ERGO Technology & Services S.A. (ET&S), part of the Munich Re and ERGO Group, seeks a Project Manager to lead global cybersecurity initiatives in a complex enterprise environment.

You will combine strong project leadership with hands-on risk, budgeting, and stakeholder management across internal teams, vendors, and regulators, focusing on delivering compliant, production-ready solutions.

• 5+ years delivering IT infrastructure, workplace, or application projects in complex settings.

Responsibilities

• Run and deliver multiple complex IT projects (£1m–£2m), applying appropriate project management methodologies.
• Define project scope, budgets, resources, timelines, and delivery approaches.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and changes, mitigating impacts to delivery.
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and third‑party resources through the project lifecycle.
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships, acting as the primary contact for projects.
• Monitor progress, budgets, forecasts, and reporting; provide regular updates to leadership.
• Ensure governance compliance and smooth transition of solutions into production.
• Oversee technical implementations and integrations to enable regulatory compliance.
• Manage lifecycle using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead global cybersecurity initiatives across a complex enterprise environment. The role combines strong project leadership with deep expertise in cybersecurity technologies.

How you will get the job done

• running and delivering multiple complex IT projects (£1m–£2m), applying appropriate project management methodologies
• defining project scope, budgets, resources, timelines, and delivery approaches
• ensuring projects are being delivered on time, within budget, and in line with business and technical requirements
• managing risks, issues, dependencies, and changes, proactively mitigating impacts to project delivery
• coordinating internal teams, vendors, and third-party resources throughout the project lifecycle
• building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for projects
• monitoring project progress, budgets, forecasts, and reporting, while providing regular updates to leadership
• ensuring compliance with governance requirements and supporting the smooth transition of solutions into production
• overseeing technical implementations and integrations to enable regulatory compliance
• managing the project lifecycle using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies, ensuring delivery against scope, time, and budget

Skills and experience you will need

• fluency in English
• 5+ years of experience delivering IT infrastructure, workplace, or application projects in complex environments, ideally within Finance, Insurance, or other regulated industries
• ability to translate business needs and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• strong project, financial, and change management skills
• excellent stakeholder management, communication, and reporting skills
• experience managing project budgets, costs, risks, and cross-functional global teams
• strong understanding of project methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and experience applying them in dynamic environments
• ability to lead under uncertainty, manage shifting priorities, and thrive in ambiguous settings
• collaborative leadership style
