Job summary

ERGO Technology & Services S.A. seeks an IT Product Manager for Process Intelligence to own the Celonis platform, manage its lifecycle, and align demand with business strategy. You will govern security, compliance, upgrades, and RBAC while coordinating with architecture, IT Risk, and Process Intelligence teams.

You will lead roadmap planning, budget considerations, and platform performance monitoring, ensuring secure, scalable operations and value delivery for the business units.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken English.
• University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering or comparable field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Several years of experience in IT product management, requirements engineering, platform administration or similar roles.
• Experience with analytics or process mining solutions.
• Knowledge of Celonis or comparable process intelligence platforms, including governance, integrations and user management concepts.
• Practical knowledge of APIs, data integration concepts, cloud technologies and security management practices.
• Familiarity with incident, release and change management processes as well as compliance and audit requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills alongside agile ways of working such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Customer focus and the ability to translate business demands into high-level IT requirements.
• Entrepreneurial thinking and balancing business needs with cost-benefit considerations and organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Own the Celonis platform as an IT product and manage its lifecycle.
• Consult business stakeholders and oversee demand process, roadmap, upgrades and budgets.
• Ensure governance, security, compliance and documentation for the Celonis platform.
• Collaborate with IT Risk, architecture, development, service management and Process Intelligence teams to drive improvements.
• Manage users, permissions and RBAC models in line with requirements.
• Monitor performance, availability and integrations; support incident, change and release processes.

About the role

As an IT Product Manager for Process Intelligence, you will own the Celonis platform as an IT product and be responsible for its technical and organizational management. You will manage the demand process, consult business stakeholders and oversee the full product lifecycle, ensuring secure, stable and efficient platform operations while enabling business functions to leverage process mining and process intelligence capabilities.

How you will get the job done

• fulfilling governance, security and compliance requirements for the Celonis platform and maintaining required documentation
• conducting compliance reviews and ensuring the platform operates securely in collaboration with IT Risk stakeholders
• managing users, permissions and role-based access control models in line with compliance requirements
• owning the lifecycle of the Celonis platform, including functional and technical upgrades
• managing business requirements and the demand process while consulting stakeholders on product strategy and innovation opportunities
• planning and aligning the product roadmap, including technical improvements, security enhancements and budget planning
• administering and configuring the Celonis platform while monitoring performance, availability and integrations
• ensuring stable platform operations through incident, support, monitoring and change management processes
• managing product costs, budgets, forecasts and software licenses in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
• collaborating closely with architecture, development, service management and Process Intelligence teams to drive continuous improvement
