Job summary

ERGO Technology & Services in Warsaw seeks an experienced Business/Systems Analyst to translate business needs into actionable specs and drive end-to-end delivery. You will collaborate with stakeholders, architects, developers, and partners to deliver robust solutions and governance across IAM domains.

The role emphasizes requirements engineering, process analysis, and strong English communication. Remote-friendly environment and ongoing professional development are included.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (C1) required.
• 10+ years of experience as a Business/System Analyst or in a related role.
• Experience in IAM Systems (e.g., One Identity) or related IAM/IAG domains.
• Completed university degree or comparable qualification in a related field.
• Strong knowledge of requirements engineering and business/process analysis (IREB cert preferred).
• Understanding of application systems, interfaces, and business workflows.
• Excellent problem solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong presentation and customer-facing communication in English.
• Experience with team tools such as Azure DevOps and Confluence.
• Relevant certifications (IREB, Scrum, ITIL).

• Managing business testing, UAT, and solution validation.
• Producing and maintaining business analysis deliverables and documentation.

How you will get the job done

Skills and experience you will need

• fluency in English (C1)
• 10+ of experience as a Business/System Analyst or in related role
• experience in IAM Systems e.g., preferably One Identity or related areas for IGA / IAM Domain Knowledge
• completed university degree or comparable qualification in insurance, organization/management, mathematics, business administration, (business) informatics, or a related field
• strong knowledge and experience of methods and procedures in the solution development process, with a focus on Requirements Engineering (preferably IREB certified), as well as business and process analysis
• good understanding of the supported application systems, their interfaces, and the relevant business processes and workflows
• strong ability to quickly understand, analyze, and clearly articulate complex issues; highly solution-oriented with strong organizational skills
• strong presentation and communication skills, particularly in customer-facing environments, as well as strong written and spoken English skills
• practical experience with team collaboration tools (Azure DevOps, Confluence)
• relevant certifications (e.g. IREB, Scrum, ITIL)
