Job summary

TD SYNNEX Poland seeks a skilled software engineer to build and operate pro-code AI agents and enterprise services. You will work with Python or C#/.NET, design secure APIs and integrate with MCP patterns, and help production teams move from prototypes to production.

The role offers a hybrid work model in Poland with visibility in the central AI function and opportunities to shape enterprise AI integration standards through cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong production software experience in Python or C#/.NET.
• Hands-on experience building agents with Microsoft Agent Framework.
• Experience with APIs, MCP and versioned contracts.

Responsibilities

• Build, deploy and operate pro-code AI agents, tools, APIs and shared platform services in Python or C#/.NET.
• Design secure communication between users, agents, tools and enterprise systems using MCP and REST APIs.
• Create reusable components and reference implementations for other teams.
• Collaborate with Cloud, Identity, Security and API teams on hosting and authorization.
• Use automated tests, infrastructure as code and CI/CD to deliver services.
• Establish evaluation, monitoring, and incident response for deployed agents.
• Help teams move agent solutions from prototypes to production with clear ownership.
