Agentica Sp. z o.o. is seeking an AI/LLM Ops Engineer to drive hands-on AI delivery, building agents, RAG pipelines, chatbot engines, and autonomous automations. You will scope projects, implement robust solutions, and ensure reliability while collaborating with a team that oversees architecture.

The role emphasizes production-grade code, data sensitivity, and scalable AI features across client deployments, with remote or hybrid work from Warsaw.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building AI agents with LangChain / LangGraph.
• Practical experience with RAG systems.
• Experience building chatbot engines (session durability, persistence, state).
• Familiarity with autonomous/unattended AI workflows.
• Knowledge of open-source models and on-prem deployment implications.
• Clear communication and ownership.
• AI-first mindset and fast learning.

Responsibilities

• Own client AI projects end to end from scoping through delivery.
• Build and maintain AI agents and orchestration flows with Python and LangChain / LangGraph.
• Design and operate chatbot engines with session handling and state management.
• Build and improve RAG systems: ingestion, chunking, embeddings, retrieval, grounding.
• Develop autonomous automations that run without human in the loop.
• Monitor production health: latency, costs, output quality.
