Job summary

Procter & Gamble Warsaw is seeking a Senior AI Engineer specializing in Agentic AI to design, develop, and deploy autonomous AI systems that empower our next generation of intelligent solutions. You will drive the AI lifecycle from data to deployment, shaping scalable, production-ready platforms.

You will lead multi-agent architectures, collaborate with data scientists and product owners, and apply software engineering and DevOps practices to deliver robust AI capabilities across Enterprise IT

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, AI, ML, or related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of AI engineering experience with Agentic AI systems.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++ with OO design.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of Agentic AI systems with multi-agent architectures.
• Collaborate with data scientists and product owners to translate business problems into AI solutions.
• Develop and optimize AI models for performance, reliability, and interpretability.
• Design data pipelines for training and deploying AI agents.
• Apply software engineering practices for production-ready AI systems.
• Work in an Agile environment with sprints and stand-ups.
• Collaborate with DevOps for CI/CD, containers, and IaC.
• Contribute to IT architecture strategy for AI capabilities.
• Implement SQA practices for AI models and systems.
• Stay updated on Agentic AI advancements and identify opportunities.
