Job summary

Dolby Poland Sp. z o.o. is building a Centralized Agentic AI Framework to bring safe, governed AI agents into Dolby teams’ GitLab workflows.

You will design and implement agent orchestration, integrate with GitLab CI/CD, and build shared Action Groups and knowledge bases for contextual reasoning across the organization. A strong security mindset and CI/CD fluency are essential for success.

Qualifications

3–5 years of professional experience in software engineering or platform development.
Strong Python and AWS SDK experience for building production Lambda functions.
Hands-on experience with AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, EventBridge, IAM, Secrets Manager, CloudWatch).
Experience with Amazon Bedrock (Agents, Action Groups, Knowledge Bases, Guardrails).
Experience integrating with LLM APIs (Bedrock, OpenAI, Anthropic) or similar.
Familiarity with CI/CD platforms (GitLab CI preferred).
Security-minded with emphasis on least-privilege IAM, secrets handling, input validation, and data-leak risk awareness.

Responsibilities

Build agent orchestration and integrate with AWS services and Bedrock components.
Design and implement GitLab CI/CD patterns for agent invocations and downstream gating.
Develop shared Action Groups and Bedrock-backed knowledge bases for context-aware agents.
Implement Bedrock Guardrails, data scrubbing, and per-agent permission boundaries.
Coordinate TokenOps controls for model tiering, routing, and semantic caching.
Instrument all activity with CloudWatch dashboards, logs, and tracing for compliance and debugging.
