Job summary

Dolby Poland Sp. z o.o. is seeking a skilled engineer to help build Dolby's Centralized Agentic AI Framework. You will design and implement agent orchestration, integrate with GitLab CI/CD, and develop AWS Lambda-backed tools to enable safe, cost-aware AI workflows.

You will work with Bedrock, OpenAI/Anthropic-like APIs, and create guardrails, knowledge bases, and observability to support production deployments. This role requires a strong security mindset and experience across the AWS stack.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in software engineering or platform tooling.
• Strong Python and AWS SDK experience for production Lambda functions and event-driven services.
• Hands-on experience with Bedrock: Agents, Action Groups, Knowledge Bases, Guardrails.

Responsibilities

• Build agent orchestration using Router Lambdas and SQS-based queueing.
• Integrate with GitLab CI/CD and design CI patterns for agent invocations.
• Develop shared AWS Lambda-backed tools and services.
• Design knowledge bases using Bedrock Knowledge Bases, OpenSearch, and S3.
• Implement Bedrock guardrails, data scrubbing and per-agent permissions.
• Instrument systems with CloudWatch, logging, metrics, and tracing.
