Job summary

Dolby Poland is hiring for a role focused on building a centralized Agentic AI framework that integrates with GitLab CI/CD and Bedrock services. You will design agent orchestration, knowledge bases, and guardrails to ensure secure, cost-aware AI agents across our workflows.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of professional AWS and Python experience, with hands-on Bedrock and LLM API integration. A proactive security mindset and experience with observability are essential for production-grade

Qualifications

• Proficient Python development for production Lambda functions and event-driven services.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock including Agents, Action Groups, Knowledge Bases, Guardrails.
• Experience integrating with LLM APIs (Bedrock, OpenAI, Anthropic) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong security mindset: least-privilege IAM, secrets handling, input validation, prompt-injection awareness.

Responsibilities

• Build agent orchestration — implement Router Lambdas, SQS-based queueing, and Bedrock Agent invocation.
• Integrate with GitLab CI/CD — design .gitlab-ci.yml patterns for agent invocations in pipeline stages.
• Develop shared Action Groups — AWS Lambda-backed tools.
• Design Knowledge Bases — use Bedrock Knowledge Base / OpenSearch / S3 for context.
• Implement Bedrock Guardrails — input/output filters and data scrubbing.
• Implement TokenOps controls — model routing and caching.
• Instrument AWS — CloudWatch dashboards, audit trails, and tracing.
