Sii Poland is seeking an experienced AI/ML Tech Lead to drive the technical implementation of agent-based projects. This remote role leads a talented team, owning the Workflow Compiler, and coordinating the integration of AgentCore and LangGraph to build a scalable execution framework.

You will mentor engineers, conduct thorough code reviews, and ensure robust agent state debugging and reliable execution flows across the organization. Advanced English and Poland residency are required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering and AI/ML experience.
• Proficiency in Python for AI/ML applications.
• Hands-on experience with LangGraph and agent workflow design.
• Experience integrating with Bedrock AgentCore.
• Expertise in LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, and evaluation.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and code-review skills.
• Advanced English and residency in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Lead the AI/ML team and set technical direction for agent projects.
• Own the Workflow Compiler development end-to-end.
• Integrate systems with AgentCore and LangGraph.
• Design and implement the execution framework and ensure consistent agent patterns.
• Mentor team members and conduct rigorous code reviews.
• Assist debugging of complex agent states and execution flows.
