Job summary

Sii Poland is hiring an experienced AI/ML Tech Lead for a fully remote role. You will spearhead the AI/ML team, own the Workflow Compiler, and drive integration of AgentCore and LangGraph across projects.

You will mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and design the execution framework to ensure consistent application of agent patterns while advancing AI capabilities. Residency in Poland is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in software engineering and AI/ML.
• Proficiency in Python and its applications in AI/ML.
• Hands-on experience with LangGraph and agent workflow design.
• Experience integrating with Bedrock AgentCore.
• Expertise in LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, and prompt evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the AI/ML team and set the technical direction for agent-based projects.
• Take full ownership of the Workflow Compiler development.
• Integrate systems with AgentCore and LangGraph.
• Design and implement the execution framework and maintain consistency in agent patterns.
• Mentor team members and conduct rigorous code reviews.
• Support the debugging of complex agent states and execution flows.
