Job summary

Ersilia is seeking a Software/AI Engineer to build and enhance AI agents for Slack and Teams, integrating tools, ensuring reliability, and shipping code to production daily in a fast-paced, small team. The role is mid-senior, full-time, remote, based in Poland.

You will work on agent runtime, tool orchestration, and real-world integrations across a broad surface area, with a strong emphasis on reliability and fast iteration.

Qualifications

• Experience building or significantly modifying AI agents.
• Fluency in agentic coding workflows.
• Experience with systems thinking and technical trade-offs.
• Ability to ship to production quickly.

Responsibilities

• Build the agent runtime with sandboxed execution and tool orchestration.
• Ship integrations via OAuth, webhooks, and schema mapping.
• Run and optimize containerized infrastructure for scale.
• Deliver product features directly to users through Slack and Teams.
