Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Architect to lead development and administration of the ServiceNow platform in Kraków. You will shape governance, roadmaps, and architecture, aligning ITSM, CMDB, and Service Catalog with enterprise standards.

The role requires strong JavaScript, Glide API, and integration skills, plus certifications. You will mentor the team, drive automated workflows, and oversee upgrades and deployments in a large-scale ServiceNow environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development and administration experience.
• Expertise in ITSM, CMDB, and Service Catalog.
• Strong JavaScript and Glide API knowledge.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
• Understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes.
• Certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS) preferred.
• Experience with ITOM, HRSD, or CSM modules preferred.
• Agile/Scrum experience preferred.
• Enterprise-scale ServiceNow environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical lead and SME for the ServiceNow platform.
• Define and enforce platform governance, standards, and best practices.
• Provide strategic direction for the ServiceNow roadmap and architecture.
• Ensure alignment with ITSM/ITIL and enterprise standards.
• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions, workflows, and applications.
• Configure ITSM, CMDB, and Service Catalog modules.
• Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script Includes.
• Recommend configuration versus customization strategies.
• Design and implement automated workflows and drive automation initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort.
• Lead testing and deployment activities.
• Support enhancements and production issues.
• Manage platform upgrades and releases.
• Develop integrations with enterprise systems.
• Maintain the CMDB and ensure data integrity.
• Manage data imports and transformations.
• Gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Mentor team members and perform code reviews.
• Maintain technical documentation and reports.
