Qualifications

• Moderate clinical research exposure and understanding of clinical drug development.
• At least 1 year of experience in clinical research in Poland.
• Experience in a Payment Specialist role or similar responsibilities.
• Good knowledge of GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and distribute study financial reports (vendor invoices, investigator payments, forecasts).
• Lead internal/external meetings and prepare minutes and action items.
• Record KPIs and provide status reports to customers with oversight from PL.
• Manage site and participant payments in compliance with contracts and regulatory requirements.
• Process payment requests in grant management systems and update relevant systems.
• Create POs with Budget & Contract Specialists and Trial Managers.
• Set up new suppliers for engaged site staff and monitor payment status.
• Contribute to site payment process improvements and cross-functional collaboration.
• Communicate payment status to sites and clinical teams; act as SME for payment processes.
