Job summary

GEP Worldwide in Poland (Toruń) is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to combine business understanding with data analysis and solution design. You will analyze country-specific e-invoicing requirements and shape practical specifications for our platform, collaborating with Product Managers and R&D.

The role emphasizes independent topic analysis, option evaluation, and clear documentation, with training provided and a hybrid work model in Toruń.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in business analysis, data analysis or project coordination for software products.
• Translate business requirements into functional designs with clarity.
• Strong data analysis: identify patterns, verify findings with evidence.
• Understand APIs, integrations and structured data (XML/JSON).
• Independent worker who aligns business and tech teams effectively.
• Fluent written and spoken English with precise documentation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze country-specific e-invoicing and reporting requirements, incl. CTC.
• Compare requirements with platform capabilities and identify reuse gaps.
• Shape functional solutions with R&D for end-to-end processes and data flows.
• Analyze data, documents, and outputs to map data requirements and mappings.
• Translate findings into functional specs, flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Evaluate solutions and communicate impact and trade-offs to stakeholders.
• Support development, testing, and handover to implementation teams.
