The role focuses on operational excellence, coaching, and building strong relationships with Accounting, HR, and business leaders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience leading compensation-related teams.
• Strong understanding of compensation, incentive plans, and reporting processes.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships across functions.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Compensation Operations Specialists to deliver high-quality incentive processes.
• Manage day-to-day activities, workloads, priorities, and ad hoc requests to ensure service excellence.
• Oversee accurate incentive calculations, reconciliations, reporting, and related operations.
• Ensure compliance with financial controls and established procedures.
• Build relationships with Accounting, HR, Client Teams, and business leaders.
• Act as escalation point for complex compensation-related queries.
• Monitor SLAs and KPIs, driving accountability and continuous improvement.
• Lead operational review meetings with stakeholders and report on team performance.
• Identify opportunities for standardization and automation to reduce risk and improve efficiency.
• Deliver coaching and development to enhance team capabilities.
