Job summary

Grid Dynamics in Poland is seeking a Simulation QA Engineer to own the end-to-end test strategy for an autonomy simulation migration to NVIDIA Omniverse and Isaac Sim. You will collaborate with the technical lead and client simulation engineers to design test frameworks, automate regression, integration and performance tests across SIL/HIL environments.

You will build Python-based test frameworks, drive CI/CD testing, validate KPI integrity, and report quality metrics to the client.

Qualifications

• Commercial experience in test automation and QA for complex software systems, including owning the test strategy for a product area without a QA lead above you.
• Strong Python skills and hands-on experience designing test frameworks from the ground up.
• Proven experience with regression, integration and system testing embedded in CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with software-in-the-loop and hardware-in-the-loop environments.
• Experience with verification and validation, including requirements traceability and KPI validation.
• Experience with performance and scalability testing, benchmarking and execution metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end test strategy for the simulation platform, deciding what gets tested, how and when, with no QA lead above you.
• Design Python test frameworks and build automated regression, integration and system tests that run in CI/CD.
• Build and run SIL and HIL tests, including work with real hardware.
• Track simulation KPIs and execution metrics, proving migration keeps results consistent.
• Create performance, scalability and benchmarking tests for scale scenarios.
• Maintain traceability of requirements to tests and report quality status to the client and technical lead.
