Job summary

Grid Dynamics in Kraków is seeking a Simulation QA Engineer to own the test strategy for an autonomy simulation platform migration to NVIDIA Omniverse and Isaac Sim. You will design Python-based test frameworks and automate regression, integration, and system tests within CI/CD, including SIL/HIL environments.

Qualifications

• Commercial experience in test automation and QA for complex software systems.
• Strong Python skills and hands-on design of test frameworks.
• CI/CD pipelines with regression, integration and system testing.
• Experience setting up and testing in SIL/HIL environments.
• Verification/validation with requirements traceability and KPI validation.
• Performance and scalability testing with benchmarking.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end test strategy for the simulation platform and define what is tested, how, and when.
• Design Python test frameworks and build automated regression, integration and system tests in CI/CD.
• Build and run SIL/HIL tests including work with real hardware.
• Track KPIs and execution metrics to validate migration impact.
• Create performance benchmarks to ensure scalability under load.
• Maintain traceability from requirements to tests and report status to the lead and client.
