Grid Dynamics ищет инженера по качеству в области симуляций для ведения стратегии тестирования и разработки фреймворков на Python. Вы будете единственным QA-владельцем в пoде и работать с техлидом и симуляционными инженерами клиента, обеспечивая миграцию платформы в Omniverse и Isaac Sim без деградации результатов.

Ключевые задачи включают автономное тестирование, интеграционное и системное тестирование в CI/CD и мониторинг KPI.

Qualifications

• Коммерческий опыт в тест-автоматизации и QA для сложных программных систем; ответственность за стратегию тестирования без верхнего QA-руководителя.
• Сильные навыки Python и опыт проектирования тестовых фреймворков с нуля.
• Опыт регрессионного, интеграционного и системного тестирования в рамках CI/CD.
• Опыт работы в средах SIL/HIL.
• Опыт в верификации и валидации, в т.ч. отслеживаемость требований и KPI.
• Опыт работы с тестированием производительности, масштабируемостью и метриками исполнения.

Responsibilities

• Владение стратегией тестирования всей платформы симуляции и принятие решений о том, что тестировать.
• Проектирование и реализация тестовых фреймворков на Python; автоматизация регрессионных тестов в CI/CD.
• Разработка и выполнение тестов SIL/HIL, включая работу с реальным оборудованием.
• Отслеживание KPI симуляции и обеспечение согласованности результатов миграции.
• Создание тестов на производительность и масштабируемость; анализ результативности и устойчивости платформы.

Job description

Описание:

We are seeking a Simulation QA Engineer to join a simulation engineering pod supporting the migration of an autonomy simulation platform to NVIDIA Omniverse and Isaac Sim for a global heavy‑equipment manufacturer that is scaling autonomy, robotics and physical AI. In this role, you will be the sole QA owner in the pod, working with our technical lead and the client’s simulation engineers to define the test strategy for the platform, automate regression, integration and performance testing across SIL and HIL environments, and prove that the migration does not degrade the results autonomy teams depend on.

Задачи:

• Test Strategy Ownership: Own the end-to-end test strategy for the simulation platform, deciding what gets tested, how and when, with no QA lead above you.
• Test Automation & Frameworks: Design Python test frameworks and build automated regression, integration and system tests that run in CI/CD.
• SIL & HIL Testing: Build and run software-in-the-loop and hardware-in-the-loop tests, including work with real hardware.
• Migration KPI Validation: Track simulation KPIs and execution metrics, and show with data that the move to Omniverse and Isaac Sim keeps results consistent.
• Performance & Scalability: Create performance, scalability and benchmarking tests so the platform holds up as autonomy teams run scenarios at scale.
• Traceability & Quality Reporting: Keep requirements traced to tests and report quality status to the technical lead and the client.

Требования:

• Commercial experience in test automation and QA for complex software systems, including owning the test strategy for a product area without a QA lead above you.
• Python Test Automation: Strong Python skills and hands‑on experience designing test frameworks from the ground up.
• CI/CD Testing: Proven experience with regression, integration and system testing embedded in CI/CD pipelines.
• SIL / HIL Environments: Practical experience setting up and testing in software-in-the-loop and hardware-in-the-loop environments.
• V&V Practice: Experience with verification and validation, including requirements traceability and KPI validation.
• Performance Testing: Experience with performance and scalability testing, benchmarking and execution metrics.

• Simulation & Robotics Tools: Hands‑on experience with Isaac Sim, CARLA or ROS2.
