Grid Dynamics seeks a Simulation QA Engineer to own the end-to-end test strategy for a cutting-edge autonomy simulation platform. You will design Python test frameworks and implement automated regression, integration and system tests within CI/CD pipelines, while working with SIL and HIL testing and real hardware.

You will validate migration KPIs to ensure results stay consistent and scalable as autonomy teams run scenarios at scale, with a focus on performance benchmarking and traceability.

Qualifications

• Commercial experience in test automation and QA for complex software systems; ownership of test strategy.
• Strong Python skills and hands-on experience designing test frameworks from the ground up.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end test strategy for the simulation platform.
• Design Python test frameworks and build automated regression, integration and system tests in CI/CD.
• Build and run SIL and HIL tests including real hardware.
• Track KPIs and validation to ensure migration keeps results consistent.
