Job summary

GlobalLogic is seeking a role focused on SIM fleet ownership and optimization in Szczecin, Poland. You will manage day-to-day SIM administration, lead cost-reduction initiatives, and shape connectivity strategy for next-generation devices.

The position requires strong analytics skills and experience with telecom systems, with a balance of strategic planning and hands-on operations in a global product development environment.

Qualifications

• ~5 years in cellular/IoT connectivity and SIM lifecycle operation.
• Background in Telco enterprise systems, BSS and BPMS is a plus.
• Strong data analytics to establish baselines and track usage.
• Experience with Cellular Subscription Management Services is a plus.
• 70% strategy/engineering and 30% operations; cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• SIM Fleet Ownership & Operations: single owner for Insulet's SIM fleet in the carrier management platform.
• Usage & Cost Optimization: build baselines, analyze billing anomalies, and drive cost-reduction strategies.
• Process & Program Governance: standardize SIM lifecycle processes and QMS integration.
• Connectivity & Platform Strategy: guide roadmap for eSIM/eUICC architecture and roaming.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with Product Support, Cybersecurity, IT, Android and SRE to optimize data and security.
