Job summary

GlobalLogic in Szczecin seeks a Project Engineer to own SIM fleet management and cellular connectivity for next-gen medical devices. You will lead day-to-day SIM operations, optimize usage and costs, and shape lifecycle governance from activation to deactivation.

This role blends strategic planning (70%) with hands-on operations (30%), requiring collaboration with Procurement, IT, and software teams to deliver scalable connectivity solutions worldwide.

Qualifications

• ~5 years of experience in cellular/IoT connectivity and SIM fleet management.
• Strong data analytics skills with Excel, Power BI, and SQL.
• Experience with SIM lifecycle operations and carrier platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• SIM Fleet Ownership & Operations: own Insulet’s SIM fleet and manage inventory in the carrier platform.
• Usage & Cost Optimization: build baselines, analyze billing anomalies, and drive cost-reduction initiatives.
• Process & Program Governance: standardize SIM lifecycle processes and QMS integration.
• Connectivity & Platform Strategy: guide roadmap for eSIM/eUICC, roaming, and device data budgets.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with Product Support, Cybersecurity, IT, and SRE to optimize data behavior and security controls.
